Roll-off Service Agreement

The price for the roll-off is:

  1. the base price for the city in which it will be located plus
  2. a fuel sur-charge plus
  3. a landfill fee of a minimum of $108 - $135 / three (3) tons or less.
  4. If the weight exceeds three (3) tons, you will be charged $45 for each additional ton for the landfill.
  5. A deposit is required for each roll-off.  The deposit will be applied toward your final amount due.
  6. Payment must be made within 15 days of each empty / return.
  7. Delinquent accounts over 30 days are sent to collections and collection fees may be charged.

No Pull - Minimum Fee
If there is no "Empty and Return" in the billing cycle, you will be charged the base price for each roll-off.

The container is full when the contents are level with the top of the sides.  Do not let boards, tree limbs, or any other materials hang over the sides.  Do not load the container unevenly or allow the material to concentrate on one side.  You will be responsible for unloading overloaded containers.  Customer shall not over load the equipment nor use it for incineration purposes, and shall be liable to ACSS for the loss or damage in excess of reasonable wear and tear.  We have had problems in the past with concrete, tile, and/or dirt being overloaded in the container.  Please fill only halfway if you are putting these items in the container.  The weight shall not exceed 10 tons.  We will not haul over-weight containers because of fines running into thousands of dollars.  It is the customers responsibility to unload overloaded containers.

Dead Trip Fees
If you request the roll-off to be emptied or picked up for cancellation, but the driver is unable to take the container because
it is overloaded or blocked by an object or in any other way unready to be transported, you will be charged $100 for a dead trip.


ACSS will be closed on some Federal Holidays.

Customer Warrants
Waste delivered to ACSS hereunder will not contain any hazardous or toxic waste as defined by local, state, federal or provincial laws or regulations.  No tires, batteries, paint, oil, coolers, or any type of appliances that may contain toxic or dangerous waste.

Call the office when service is needed.  The driver has two (2) business days to render service.

Violation of Landfill Rules
The Landfill operators have reported that their Rules and Regulations for Roll-offs are often not followed.  They have indicated that extremely stiff fines and fees running into thousands of dollars may be imposed  for continued violations.

You are responsible to read, understand and obey the Rules and Regulations enclosed herein.  By indicating that you "Agree" below, you so indicate that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these regulations.  You are responsible to advise your supervisors and/or managers that paint cans, oil drums, tires, batteries, coolers, refrigerators and other types of appliances, all of which are prohibited from dumping, have been found in our roll-offs in the past.

You hereby acknowledge that you are responsible for all fines and fees imposed upon ACSS by the City Landfill or ADEQ (Arizona Department of Environmental Quality) for the cleanup of damages caused by your violation of these rules.

Customer Warrants
Customer agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify ACSS against all claims, lawsuits, and any other liability of injury to persons or damage to property or environment connected with the use of the equipment.  Customer warrants that any right-of-way provided by Customer to and from Customer's equipment location to the most convenient public way is sufficient to bear the weight of all of ACSS's equipment and vehicles reasonable required to perform the service herein contracted.  ACSS shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surface of any route reasonably necessary to perform services herein contracted.
